Nominative information collected for the purposes of Internet commerce is compulsory, this information being indispensable for the treatment of orders, the issuing of invoices and the guarantees. Lack of information may entail the non validation of the order. According to the "Informatique et libertés" law ("Computing and Freedom"), the treatment of nominative information relative to the customer has been suibject to a declaration with the CNIL - Commission Nationale de l'Informatique et des Libertés (National Committee of Computing and Freedom). The customer has a right of access, modification, rectification and deletion of personal data (article 34 of the law of January 6th, 1978), which he can exercise with the company M.E.H.. Furthermore, M.E.H. commits to not communicate its customers' details with a third party.
